Stephen Langsford, BCom
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Stephen has an entrepreneurial and business management background having commenced his career with an international accounting firm and later a funds management group. In 1998 Stephen founded Method + Madness, a pioneering internet and e-business company which was later acquired by ASX listed Sausage Software (later renamed SMS Management & Technology). In 2002 Stephen founded Change Corporation a consulting and technology services company of which he was Executive Chairman until it was acquired by ASX listed CSG Limited in December 2007.
Stephen founded Quickflix and was its Managing Director until January 2008, before moving into the position of Executive Director and then Executive Chairman from 12 November 2009. Stephen is also a board member of film funding agency Screen West.

Simon Hodge, BCom (Hons)
Executive Director
Simon has a corporate advisory and equity research background. He has senior management experience in corporate project origination, evaluation, due diligence and execution having held a senior position with Poynton and Partners for five years advising companies across a range of high growth industries. Before that Simon was a senior equity research analyst with JP Morgan (London) and a major Australian stockbroker.
Simon is a co-founder of Quickflix and was the Company's Chief Operating Officer before becoming Managing Director between January 2008 and June 2011.

David Sanders
Non-Executive Director
David has extensive experience in corporate law and is a Principal at Bennett + Co, a specialist corporate and commercial law firm based in Perth, Western Australia. He holds bachelor degrees in law and commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia. David has advised numerous ASX listed companies and private companies on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance and corporate governance. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Marenica Energy Ltd.

Susan Hunter, BCom; ACA; F Fin; MAICD; ACIS
Company Secretary
Susan has over 18 years' experience in the corporate finance industry including as principle of her boutique corporate advisory firm Hunter Corporate and in senior executive roles at Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers and BankWest. Susan has significant experience in advising ASX listed companies in finance, corporate governance and compliance.
Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
